Most of you arm wrestlers out there don’t know it, but there are official rules for arm wrestling. You can go online and find several sites that spell out their organization’s rules. If you just want a list, look up the American Armsport Association. They have a list of regulations that go so far as to include the use of stickum and platform shoes! Other sites have named various techniques; e.g., “The Hook” and “The Top Roll”. Check out some of these sites that can help make arm wrestling more fun; and, importantly, a safer sport.
